No Termination

*After leaved the Chinese Navy, Inventec and Jabil, I came to Hiab, the forth place after graduated from college.

From 18 years old, I leave my home town for my university course, there are already 7 years away from home. At this moment, with the music “500 miles”, I feel so sad.

7 years, I transferred from one city to another, one company to another, I even think I do this for leaving but finally I found I am missing in the crowd. But until now, I am still moving, no direction, no termination.

To my Buddies and Bosses,

Today will be the end of my work experience in Jabil. Thank you all for your great assistance during my tenure.

I stayed Jabil for 19 months, and then I found that I started to know Jabil. Jabil supply integrated training to their employees, each buyer has the chance to work with the colleagues locate or from oversea, team building always has been hold to celebrate an improvement, ……I should acknowledge Martin Cheng let me join the Jabil. That is really good.

GE is the single workcell I have worked for in Jabil. Our team won the NO. 1 in Suppliers’ survey by GE, this is our team’s pride. And from the early of this year, lots of NPI has gained by us, I believe our BUM Constantine Shuniak can lead GE workcell achieve more and more revenue.

And then, some VIP need highlight. Many thanks for my tutor Becky Xi and Robert Zhou, they guide me for mass production and NPI. Acknowledge Woody Tian for job assignment and kindly guidance. Thanks Ivy Chang’s help as an elder sister, thanks Susan Chen, Sandy Zhang, Rosie Xu’s great support and help. Thanks all the person facilitated me in purchasing group and GE workcell. Also need Acknowledge Hu Qiang, Fu Yan Li, Betty Shi, Helen Li, receiving team, IQA team, stockroom team……without your support, I will drop into big troubles.
